Sales Manager

Our client is a Singapore-based investment and operating group with interests in healthcare technology, renewable energy, engineering and other technology-driven businesses. The Group manages a diversified portfolio of operating companies and growth investments across Asia, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term value creation. Position：Sales Manager/ Executive Location: Singapore You will manage opportunities from customer engagement and technical solutioning through proposal, negotiation and project handover, working with developers, main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants and commercial/industrial customers. Key Responsibilities • Develop new business opportunities across PV, EV Charging and BESS. • Build relationships with developers, main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants and end users. • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. • Conduct site assessments and support system sizing/equipment selection with the technical team. • Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions. • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract award. • Work closely with engineering/project teams for smooth project handover and execution. • Achieve sales, revenue and gross-margin targets. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline. • 4+ years' experience in technical sales, solution sales or business development • Experience in Solar PV, EV Charging, BESS, M&E, electrical systems or renewable energy preferred. • Able to understand technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and tender requirements. • Strong communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills. • Existing network within Singapore's construction, M&E, C&I or renewable energy sector is an advantage.
