Job Description • Manage transactions with customers using POS system • Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies Requirements: • Strong communication and time management skills • Customer satisfaction-oriented • Tech savvy • Able to commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends • Allowances + Incentives provided Work Location: Changi Airport
