WA ME 97•••019 for more Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer role Responsibilities: • Execution of service and maintenance workflow. • Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues. • Mentor a team of service team members. • Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities. • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results. • Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises. • Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives. • Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act. • Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
