Accounts Executive – Full Set & GST - 0220

Account Executive 📍 Working Location: Tampines Business Hub 🕐 Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm 💰 Starting Salary: SGD 3000 - SGD 4000 per month Job Responsibilities • Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices. • Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts. • Perform bank reconciliations. • Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger. • Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet. • Prepare and submit GST returns. • Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings when required. • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. • Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules for annual external audit. • Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required. • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
