SENIOR ASSOCIATE – ACCOUNTS Location: Little India, Singapore Employment Type: Permanent Start Date: Immediate Salary: Competitive salary + Incentive Annual Leave: 12 days Our client, a growing company in the gold and diamond jewellery industry , is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Accounts to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities • Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger . • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and relevant schedules . • Prepare GST calculations and support GST submissions to IRAS . • Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with relevant statutory requirements. • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. • Experience handling a full set of accounts is an advantage. • Familiarity with Singapore GST and IRAS requirements . • Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel . • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar systems . • Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
