COORDINATOR

PROJECT COORDINATOR • Preparing project start-up and execution schedule • Define & manage key project targets - time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual • Liaise with clients on all project matters • Manage sub-contractors and consultants • Review construction programme • Assist in tendering proposals • Manage company resources, workers, vehicle, machiney • Oversee supervisors/engineers • Preparing claims and handle all project claims • Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors • Attend to vessel inspections and marine site meeting Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination • Effective communication skills • Comprehensive understanding of various trades in marine craft and construction • Strong planning skills focused on resource management
