About the Client Our client is an established international consumer brand within the home and lifestyle space. As part of its expansion into Singapore, the company is building its local presence and growing its team to drive market development and strengthen its footprint across multiple sales channels. Role Profile This role will support the growth of the brand’s digital presence and online sales channels in Singapore, with a primary focus on digital marketing, brand communications, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will combine creative marketing capabilities with a commercial mindset to drive brand awareness, digital traffic, lead conversion, and online sales. About the Role • Manage social media, content, and community engagement to strengthen brand awareness and drive digital traffic • Coordinate performance marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid media, and digital campaigns, working closely with external agencies • Manage online sales enquiries and e-commerce channels, driving lead conversion and supporting day-to-day marketplace operations • Plan and execute digital promotions and develop/localise marketing assets to drive engagement and online sales • Align digital marketing initiatives with offline retail and roadshow activities to deliver an integrated customer journey About You • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/brand marketing, preferably with exposure to e-commerce sales or digital lead conversion • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media, and content marketing, with experience managing digital campaigns and tracking ROI • Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, as well as CRM and digital communication tools • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded; experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or related consumer sectors is advantageous
