L2 English/Chinese Language Teacher | Islandwide | ECDA - JL99

Job Description: • Educate English/Chinese language to Children • Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum. • Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom. • Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and prepare developmental portfolios for each child. • Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs. • Establish effective classroom management. • Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning. • Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development. • Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
