MASSEUR (NON-MEDICAL)

• Provide non-medical massage services to customers according to their preferences and needs. • Perform body and foot massage to promote relaxation and comfort. • Communicate with customers to understand their preferred massage pressure and areas of focus. • Prepare the massage room, equipment and supplies before each session. • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the massage rooms and equipment. • Ensure customers are comfortable and properly prepared before and during the massage session. • Provide basic after-service care and advice for relaxation and comfort. • Handle customers’ enquiries and appointments professionally. • Maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment for customers. • Follow the company’s service procedures, hygiene standards and workplace rules.
