(COSCO SHIPPING LINES SOUTHEAST ASIA BRANCH) operates in Southeast Asia, coordinating shipping and logistics services to support regional supply chain operations efficiently. Job Summary Support and coordinate supply chain projects across Southeast Asia by collaborating with internal teams, local offices, HQ, and external service providers to ensure timely project execution and effective communication. Responsibilities • Coordinate planning and execution of supply chain projects by communicating with internal teams, local offices, HQ, and external parties to ensure adherence to project timelines, action items, and deliverables • Prepare project approval documents following HQ requirements and templates to secure necessary authorizations • Manage engagement of external professional service providers, including consulting and law firms, by obtaining quotations, finalizing contracts, and monitoring project deliverables • Consolidate project data and prepare reports, presentations, and updates for HQ and management to track business targets and KPIs • Perform additional supply chain-related assignments as directed by management to support operational goals Required competencies and certifications • Proficiency in Mandarin to consult with HQ in Shanghai and prepare reports in Chinese • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to create presentations and analyze data • Effective communication, coordination, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and project follow-up Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or related field • Initiative-taking, responsible attitude, and willingness to learn to contribute proactively to team objectives • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
