About the role We're looking for a versatile, hands-on recruiter to support hiring across both technical and non-technical roles as we scale quickly. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and need to switch comfortably between very different searches. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design sourcing strategies • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and direct outreach • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, keeping the process fast and candidate-friendly • Help build and refine recruiting processes as the team grows • Track talent market trends and competitor hiring Requirements • 1-5 years of in-house recruiting experience at a major internet or tech company (e.g. ByteDance/TikTok, Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan) • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, not limited to one specialization • Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have / 加分项 • Experience recruiting in AI, tech or startup environments • Experience building recruiting processes from scratch If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
