Junior Operations Executive (Oil & Gas, Immediate, Training Provided)

Key Responsibilities: • Execute physical trades by performing inventory and cargo discharge • Ensure deal information is captured accurately and timely in the trading books • Draft and prepare sales and purchase contract and complete contract documentation with the counterparty • Liaise with suppliers and terminals regarding vessel clearance and loading plan • Liaise with surveyors and load port agent on cargo readiness, loading and vessel movements • Calculate, monitor and counter demurrage claims, other secondary cost and payment • Calculate and prepare cargo insurance declaration • Updating and filling of documents • Any other duties assigned by the manager Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain • 1- 2 years of relevant working experience • Positive work attitude, proactive, detailed and meticulous • Proficient in MS Excel HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “ Apply Now ”.
