Personal Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and energetic Personal Assistant to support our management team in day-to-day operations, coordination and events. What you’ll do: • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings and follow-ups • Coordinate events, meetings, vendors and external partners • Assist with event setup, logistics, registration and on-site coordination • Support event hosting, emceeing and engaging with guests when required • Handle calls, messages, errands and ad-hoc tasks • Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets and simple reports • Assist with Canva, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and other administrative tools • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure tasks are followed through • Keep track of deadlines, action items and ongoing projects • Take on other ad-hoc operational tasks where needed We’re looking for someone who is: • Organised and good at managing multiple things at once • Proactive — you see what needs to be done instead of waiting to be told • Confident and comfortable speaking to people • Energetic, expressive and able to bring good vibes to events • Comfortable being both behind the scenes and in front of the crowd • Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-ups • Familiar with Canva, Excel/Google Sheets and common office tools • Willing to handle a mix of administrative, operational, and event-related work • No prior experience required — attitude, initiative, and personality matter more
