Quantity Surveyor /Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: • Manage cost planning, budgeting and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects. • Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals. • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. • Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications. • Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts. • Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors. • Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management. • Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commerical risks. • Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records. Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. • Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry. • A more experienced candidate will be considered for a senior position.
