Apartment Housekeeping Supervisor (Live-in)

Responsibilities Housekeeping • Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including room attendants and cleaners, to consistently meet cleanliness standards • Assign daily cleaning schedules and monitor task completion to ensure timely service delivery • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities regularly to verify compliance with cleanliness and safety standards • Perform housekeeping tasks directly when needed to maintain operational efficiency Inventory & Supplies • Manage housekeeping supplies such as linen, toiletries, and cleaning agents to ensure continuous availability • Monitor stock levels and place requisitions promptly to prevent shortages • Ensure proper storage and usage of supplies to minimize wastage and control costs Guest & Resident Interaction • Assist at the front desk during peak periods or as required to support guest services • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction • Coordinate with front desk staff to align housekeeping services with guest needs • Respond to guest requests and issues after reception hours to provide continuous support Administration & Communication • Use Microsoft Excel to prepare schedules and duty rosters for effective team management • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve operational issues • Report building maintenance or safety issues to property management for timely resolution • Respond professionally to calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries to maintain clear communication • Maintain accurate records of incidents, complaints, and service requests for accountability Qualifications • Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality • Strong customer service and communication skills • Knowledge of building operations and safety procedures • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and emailing Other Information Compensation: • Average monthly salary: SGD 2,000–4,600 (depending on experience) • Must live in and be on standby to respond to emergencies after reception hours.
