· Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and statements of accounts.
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
· Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue accounts.
· Process supplier invoices and arrange payments.
· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial documentation.
· Assist in monthly accounts closing and preparation of financial reports.
· Assist with GST submissions and other tax-related matters, where applicable.
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external accountants.
· Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
· Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned by management.
