Accounts Assistant | Contract

We are seeking 2 meticulous and reliable Accounts Assistants (2-Month Contract) to support our Finance team with day-to-day data entry and administrative tasks. You will enter and update records and check information for accuracy. No prior accounting experience is required, but you should be computer-literate, attentive to detail, and willing to learn. This is a Contract for Service position. Salary/fees may differ depending on the job applicant's experience and knowledge. Why Join Us? • Join an established automotive group and gain exposure to a professional working environment • No accounting experience needed, you will receive guidance from our Finance team • Develop transferable skills by strengthening your accuracy, organisation and computer skills • Convenient work location right next to Downtown line Ubi MRT station exit Core Responsibilities: • Perform day-to-day data entry for accounting and administrative records • Update daily receipt and payment records accurately and promptly • Check entries against supporting documents and highlight any discrepancies • Maintain organised filing of accounting records and supporting documents • Assist the Finance team with other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required Job Requirements: • No prior accounting experience required; training and guidance will be provided • Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic office applications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Organised and able to maintain proper records and documentation • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions • Able to commit to the full 2-month contract (contract renewal TBA later)
