Sales cum Admin

Responsibilities • Assist customers by responding to jewellery enquiries and guiding purchase decisions to enhance customer satisfaction • Deliver attentive customer service while actively working to achieve sales targets • Receive and accurately record stock, including printing product labels for inventory management • Support daily sales operations and complete administrative tasks to maintain smooth store functioning Preferred competencies and qualifications • Secondary school education or equivalent • Ability to communicate effectively in English to serve customers clearly • Positive attitude and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues • Experience in retail or jewellery sales to contribute relevant knowledge and skills Other Information • Working days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week • Working hours: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm • Salary: From $2,300 per month, depending on experience Staff benefits: • Annual medical benefit • Annual leave and birthday leave • Monthly commission after probation • Performance bonus • Annual attendance incentive, subject to attendance and leave conditions • Uniform provided
