Assistant Contract Manager

• Provide leadership and oversee the management of the project commercial team • Achieve project margins and maintain a positive cash profile • Provide accurate, transparent and on-time reporting • Identify and recommend appropriate commercial strategy, awareness and delivery of opportunity, including variations and entitlements • Ensure timely procurement and management of the supply chain (subcontractors/suppliers/consultant services) • Oversee the management of contract and tender documentation • Process final account settlements • Involve in risk management and control • Ensure timely financial reporting, forecast and highlight key project financial risk • Maintain and foster good relationship with clients, consultants and partners
