M&E project tender management
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and calculate Billing of Quantities
• Sourcing and review cost from respective trade suppliers / subcontractors
• Prepare tender documentation and submission
• Assist on preliminary design proposal for design and build projects
• Liaise with Project Manager on proposed project cost
• Cost engineering for future project referencing
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical and Electrical contracting firms
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
• AutoCad competency is an advantage
