Finance Manager - Manufacturing industry $9K

Finance Manager • Review and oversee accounting activities performed by the accounting Officers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. • Lead month-end and year-end closing, management reporting, sub-group consolidation, and balance sheet reviews. • Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions, cash flow, and working capital management. • Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. • Partner with Department Heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and operational targets. • Analyze financial performance against budget, identify key variances, and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives. • Monitor revenue and cost drivers, providing insights to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and risk management. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Support the preparation of management, board, and investor reporting materials, providing financial analysis and business insights. • Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance finance reporting tools and systems. Requirements • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 7+ years of finance and accounting experience. • Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Good knowledge of inventory accounting, costing, internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit management.
