Program Manager

• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables. • Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release. • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams. • Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports. • Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items. • Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities. • Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation. • Analyze data and compile reports for management review, offering valuable insights and recommendations. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities. • Exposure to AI, automation, or digitalization in operational environments is an added advantage • Undertake any other related program or project management tasks assigned by supervisors.
