Job Summary Join Tim Hortons as a Shift Leader and contribute to our exciting brand launch in Singapore by leading store operations, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Supervise and delegate tasks during shifts to maintain smooth workflows and efficient store operations • Coach employees and provide constructive feedback to build positive employee experiences and foster teamwork • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment • Enforce company policies and standards by coordinating shift schedules, monitoring attendance, and addressing performance issues promptly • Perform operational support tasks including overseeing store cleanliness and organizing stock to ensure readiness • Maintain quality control in food and beverage preparation by conducting regular store inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations • Monitor sales performance and assist the store manager in achieving sales targets • Communicate store updates clearly to facilitate smooth shift handovers and report issues, incidents, or employee concerns to the store manager Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the service industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Proven leadership experience in managing teams effectively • Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through team and customer interactions • Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays Other Information Tim Member Benefits • 5-day work week • Health and medical coverage • Employee meals and discounts • Flexible work arrangements • Career development and progression pathways
