Job Description & Requirements Job Title: Associate Trainer – Construction / Shipyard / Oil &Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics Industries/ Fork LiftOperation/Scissor Lift Operations / Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Rigger and Signalman Employment Type: Part Time • Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations forConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman. • Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safetystandards. • Develop and update training materials, course content, andassessments. • Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in theirrespective fields. • Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) Trainers. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needsand customize courses accordingly. • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification. • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstrationwithin the specified industries. Full ACTA certification requiredPossession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handlingConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman courses. • Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers Course • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practicalcompetency demonstrations. • Immediate availability to start.
