Project Manager

Responsibilities :- • Oversee the overall execution & construction of the ERSS competently & • Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act. • Co-ordinate and monitor projects • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior • Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings • Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines Requirements :- • Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) & • Construction Safety Course. • Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience is desired. • Good command in both written & spoken in English. • Self-motivated and committed to works. • 5.5 days week. • Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
