HR and Finance

Job Responsibilities (5.5 days) • Manage cash flow planning and ensure sufficient funds for operational and statutory payments. • Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets and financial projections. • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts. • Review and analyse P&L, costs, expenses and profitability. • Monitor accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow. • Analyse labour and operating costs and recommend cost-control measures. • Prepare financial reports and recommendations for Management. • Enforce Company policies, workplace discipline and employee conduct standards. • Develop, monitor and review employee KPIs and performance. Review staff job reports and improve them where necessary. • Support manpower planning and handle Work Pass and employment-related matters. • Manage employment contracts, employee records, leave and HR documentation. • Coordinate employee training, courses and certifications. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and Company policies. • Coordinate the renewal of Company insurance, licences, permits and registrations. • Review and improve Company policies, procedures and internal processes. • Prepare management reports and support Management in business planning and decision-making. • Handle other ad hoc HR, finance and administrative duties as assigned. • Report directly to the director and closely work with management.
