Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a Recruitment & Operations Executive to support our recruitment activities and day-to-day manpower operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, candidate screening and onboarding Coordinate manpower deployment and scheduling Support client operations and manpower requirements Provide on-ground support during manpower shortfalls or operational issues Assist with events and client operations when required Handle staff and client follow-ups, replacements and operational matters Working Arrangement 5-day work week Standard office hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working hours may vary based on operational and client requirements Flexibility to support evening, weekend and public holiday operations when required Role involves both office-based and on-ground operational work Requirements Good communication and coordination skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Flexible and comfortable with operational work Recruitment or operations experience is an advantage Location: Redhill, Singapore Interested candidates may submit their resume for considerations.
