Service Crew

Job Responsibilities Overseeing the FOH service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Ushering the guests warmly upon arrival and escorting them to their tables with the menus. • Serve food and beverages to guests according to established fine-dining service standards in a timely-manner. • Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. • Anticipate and fulfil customer needs, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional utensils. • Present and explain the bill to customers, as well as process payments accurately and efficiently. • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain high-quality hygiene standards. • Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Best with working experience in a restaurant, hospitality management and/or other related fields. • Customer-oriented and proactive • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
