Store Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receipting goods • Receipting parcels, unpacking, checking parts and quantities received according to the shipping documentation and the order • Storing the goods into the store at the correct location Dealer orders processing, packing, • Pick the ordered parts in the store, (From dealers, Customers and workshop) • packing and organizing the shipment to the dealer General store duties (store location update, stock take, cleaning up etc…) • Preparing of the stock takes • Maintaining the spare parts warehouse area clean and tidy Other punctual duties assigned by the Spare Parts Manager or Store supervisor • Any other punctual duties can be assigned and discussed with the Spare Parts Manager EDUCATION: • Primary/Secondary School/OLevel, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma EXPERIENCE: • Experiences in a spare parts warehouse • Good interpersonal and communication skills COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: • Forklift license LOCALISATION AND EXPECTED TRAVEL: • This position is based in Singapore.
