Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction • Position Title: Quantity Surveyor • Working Location: Woodlands • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Source and review tender opportunities, attend site show rounds, and understand project scope and requirements. • Assist with quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender specifications, and quotation reviews. • Prepare cost comparisons and tender evaluations, and coordinate timely tender submissions with the Contracts Manager / Managing Director. • Identify and maintain a reliable list of qualified subcontractors and suppliers for competitive tendering and procurement. • Source and evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials, and prepare Letters of Award for timely appointment. • Prepare and verify monthly progress claims for projects, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Monitor and administer variation orders, claims, and contractual matters, coordinating with site teams to resolve issues. • Monitor project costs against budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits. • APPLY NOW!!! • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification. • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and attention-to-detail skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills. • Willing to travel to project sites and attend site meetings or inspections as required. • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
