Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Business Growth • Meet with corporate clients and understand their business requirements and opportunities • Present and explain relevant products and services on behalf of our brand partners • Communicate solutions clearly and address client questions • Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives • Conduct client follow-ups and maintain regular communication • Contribute towards individual and team business objectives • Gather client feedback and work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement Training & Development • Participate in morning team meetings and regular training sessions • Learn about products, campaigns, client engagement and business development strategies • Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from experienced team members • Develop skills in B2B sales, communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management This is a client-facing role rather than a desk-bound one. You will spend a significant part of your day meeting businesses and developing professional relationships.
