Bar Assistant Manager [5 Days]

Responsibilities • Develop, motivate, manage, and train bar team members to enhance performance and service quality • Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and resolve staffing conflicts promptly • Train and supervise bar staff to ensure comprehensive knowledge of liquor and cocktail preparation and service • Maintain accurate inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guarantee availability of bar supplies • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to company recipes and quality standards • Provide personalised drink recommendations to guests based on menu knowledge to enhance guest satisfaction • Hire and onboard new bar staff to uphold service excellence • Implement and enforce quality and safety controls to maintain a clean and safe bar environment • Ensure the bar area is consistently stocked, organized, and clean to support efficient operations • Deliver genuine hospitality by engaging guests and creating exceptional experiences
