Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services • Position Title: Accounts Executive • Working Location: West – Jurong • Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 5.5 workdays • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare monthly and year-end closing, management accounts, and financial reports. • Manage invoicing, payments, collections, and cash flow monitoring. • Prepare GST submissions and ensure compliance with accounting and tax requirements. • Maintain fixed asset schedules, accruals, prepayments, and accounting records. • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant external parties. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Maintain proper documentation and support other finance duties as required. • APPLY NOW!!! • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Relevant experience handling full sets of accounts independently. • Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, and financial reporting. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and analytical skills. • Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
