Brief Description & Role
The Human Resource Intern will support the HR & Admin Manager in the day-to-day delivery of key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, HR operations, and general administration.
Responsibilities
1. Learning & Development: Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, assist in identifying training needs and development plans, maintain training records, and track programme effectiveness to support employee and business growth.
2. Onboarding & Exit Management: Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientation, support offboarding arrangements, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate employee clearance.
3. Employee Engagement & Staff Recreation: Assist in planning and organising company-wide events, social and recreational activities, festive celebrations, team-building programmes, and employee welfare initiatives.
4. HR Administration & Operations: Provide general HR and administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, coordinating office supplies, and supporting facilities-related matters.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Skills, Experiences & Knowledge
· Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
· Demonstrates sound judgement and maintains strict confidentiality when handling employee information and organisational matters.
· Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
