Finance Assistant (Township)

Responsibilities: • Handling customers' enquiries as well as performing cashiering duties. • Perform Accounts Receivable • Required to prepare Statement of Accounts (SOA) upon customers' request and etc. • Perform Accounts Receivable function including reconciliations. • Manages all activities from invoices received /issued to payments/receipts • Maintain accurate financial records of payables / receivables transactions • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Minimum NITEC in Accounting/Finance with 2 - 3 years of relevant finance experience. • Good verbal and written communication skills • A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills. • People oriented with a willingness to learn. Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits Working Location: Northwest - Bukit Gombak/Tengah Work Schedule: 5-day work week, is required to work half-day on the first Saturday of each month
