Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing training programs for all kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and operational standards across the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
• Design and deliver training programs covering food preparation, cooking techniques, recipe standardization, and plating standards
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new kitchen hires (commis, cooks, stewards)
• Develop SOPs, training manuals, recipe cards, and visual guides for kitchen processes
• Run refresher training and upskilling sessions for existing staff
