Associate Executive, Human Resource

In this 1-year contract role, you will provide broad administrative support with a primary focus on our digitalisation initiative to support the transition from hard copy personnel files (P-files) to a digital records system on the Human Resource Information System. You will be responsible for checking and verifying scanned P-file documents, identifying and rectifying quality and accuracy issues such as correct file naming and indexing. You will also support HR operations and assist with general HR administrative tasks. Requirements • A general Diploma preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent · Strong attention to detail, especially when handling large volumes of document · Good communication, organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines · Proficientin Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel · A good teamplayer
