Job Description • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with high degree of proficiency and consistency • Engagement with customers to forge loyalty to the bar • Deliver convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being practiced • Deliver genuine service from the heart • Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue • Responsible for the bar’s daily operation and inventory management • Ensure cleanliness of the bar and all operating equipment • Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff Job Requirements • Have a strong interest in crafting cocktails • Hospitality-oriented • Converse in good English and proficient in service-language • Team player and friendly personality • Positive attitude • Able to work on shift and late hours
