Job Summary We are a private GP clinic seeking a Clinic Assistant who supports daily operations, manages patient records and appointments, and helps healthcare professionals deliver quality care in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities • Assist with daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient service • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all patients • Manage patient records and schedule appointments accurately using the clinic’s computer system • Support doctors and healthcare staff in delivering high-quality patient care • Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance service experience Preferred competencies and qualifications • Pleasant personality and helpful attitude to foster positive patient interactions • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting • Basic computer skills to operate clinic management software • Strong commitment to patient care and service excellence Other Information Benefits: • Training provided for all candidates • Competitive pay based on experience and hours worked • Flexible work hours from 20 to 44 hours per week • 3-month probation period Job Types: • Full-time and Part-time positions available Pay: • Full-time: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month Work Location: • On-site at the clinic
