LOGISTCS MANAGER

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations. • Coordinate the delivery, collection, and movement of goods and materials. • Manage warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution activities. • Plan delivery schedules and ensure goods are delivered on time. • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and project/site teams. • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation. • Manage logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel and assign daily duties. • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control. • Arrange transportation, vehicles, and third-party logistics services when required. • Monitor transportation and delivery costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Ensure delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documents are properly maintained. • Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, shortages, and other logistics issues. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, and applicable regulations. • Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, road tax, insurance, and other fleet-related requirements where applicable. • Prepare logistics reports and provide regular operational updates to management. • Improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
