Technical Engineer

Job Description & Requirements • Develop, maintain and update detailed construction project schedules from planning through completion. • Involve in Tender process • Establish project baselines, milestones, activities, logic, durations, and resource requirements. • Monitor actual progress against approved schedules and identify schedule variances. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and schedule forecasts. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to obtain accurate progress information. • Identify critical path activities, potential delays, and schedule risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. • Analyse delays and support the preparation of recovery and acceleration schedules. • Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project programme. • Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, progress updates, assumptions, and constraints. • Support project planning meetings and present schedule updates and key issues to management.
