Process & Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities • Perform process design tasks to develop efficient engineering solutions. • Prepare detailed technical proposals, engineering documents, and project submissions to support project approval and execution. • Review client specifications, P&ID, engineering drawings, and technical requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress. • Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of works according to schedule. • Assist with material coordination, conduct site inspections, and support testing and commissioning activities to ensure quality standards. • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes during project execution to maintain operational efficiency. • Execute additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager to support project and team objectives. Required competencies and certifications • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in construction or semiconductor industry. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software. • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing engineering projects. • Proactive and analytical approach to resolving site issues effectively. • Proficiency in oral and written English. • Mandarin speaking skills to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
