Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities • Handle MOM matters, including Work Permit (WP) application, renewal, transfer, cancellation and Special Pass (SP) . • Handle WP appeals and other foreign worker-related matters. • Manage workers’ records, onboarding/offboarding, medical check-up, insurance and work permit matters. • Coordinate CSOC and other construction-related courses/training . • Handle workers’ dormitory accommodation, room/bed booking and check-in/check-out . • Assist with HR administration, including leave, MC, attendance and employee records . • Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts and other billing documents when required. • Handle general office administration, filing, documentation and email correspondence. • Liaise with MOM, dormitories, training centres, suppliers and other external parties. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Singapore construction industry . • Hands-on experience in MOM / WP / SP / foreign worker administration preferred. • Knowledge of construction worker courses and dormitory arrangements. • Basic knowledge of HR administration and invoice preparation . • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel . • Good English communication and organisational skills. • Responsible, meticulous and able to work independently. Construction company experience will be an advantage.
