Account Executive (AR) (Up to $3700 / Tuas)

Account Executive (AR) (ID6129) Location: Tuas Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm , Sat: 8:30am–1:00pm Salary :$3200-$3700 Job Responsibilities • Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio and payment collections • Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue accounts • Prepare and monitor customer aging reports • Record customer payments and perform bank reconciliations • Prepare sales and outstanding receivable reports • Prepare credit notes and process customer refunds • Process monthly payroll and CPF contributions • Handle quarterly GST submissions • Manage customer rebate calculations • Liaise with Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams on account-related matters • Respond to customer payment and reconciliation enquiries • Assist with other finance and administrative duties as assigned
