Guest Relation Executive ($500 sign on bonus)

Key Responsibilities · Be the first point of contact, welcoming guests with confidence and warmth · Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating plans efficiently · Oversee guest flow to ensure smooth daily operations · Respond to and follow up on event enquiries from both private and corporate clients · Source and develop new event opportunities · Build relationships with corporate clients and event organizers · Coordinate events from initial enquiry through planning and execution · Liaise with other related departments to ensure seamless event delivery · Manage and maintain the events booking system accurately · Address guest feedback with professionalism and uphold high service standards What we’re looking for · 1–2 years of F&B or hospitality experience (events exposure is a bonus) · Confident and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), friendly, and professional presentation · Strong organisational and negotiation skills · Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving abilities · A strong team player who can also work independently · Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays · Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us? · Be part of a dynamic and passionate hospitality team · Gain exposure to both front-of-house operations and event management · Opportunity to grow with the company · Work in a vibrant and guest-focused environment · $500 Sign on bonus · 17.5 days of annual leave · 5 days work week · We are offering an above market rate salary · You will be entitled for various allowances (i.e. meal, uniform) · Other benefits (i.e. sales incentives, employee discount, birthday voucher) · Medical and Dental claims
