CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities • Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety rules, conduct daily site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. • Operations Management: Direct daily crew work, assign tasks, and maintain work flow from start to finish. • Quality Control: Inspect construction work and interpret blueprints or drawings to meet design standards. • Coordination: Communicate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors. • Administration: Track attendance, manage timesheets, and write daily progress reports. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7] Qualifications & Requirements • Education: High school or diploma equivalent; a degree in construction management or civil engineering is preferred. • Experience: Proven field experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction. • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour safety card, plus CPR and First Aid certifications. • Skills: Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and problem-solving
