Company Overview Mirza M&E Engineering Pte Ltd is a trusted M&E Engineering partner in Singapore specializing in Electrical, Aircon, Fire Protection, and Plumbing services. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations. Job Summary Oversee M&E operations for Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects in Singapore, ensuring efficient resource planning, site coordination, client communication, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities • Manage M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery • Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively to meet project demands and deadlines • Coordinate site activities to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues promptly • Liaise with clients to maintain clear communication and address project requirements and concerns • Prepare and manage quotations to support project budgeting and cost control • Monitor project costs and implement measures to maintain budget compliance • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations including BCA and SCDF requirements • Lead and develop a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve operational excellence • Apply technical troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project progress Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore M&E/Construction sector • Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams • Knowledge of Singapore regulations related to M&E and construction operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management and project delivery • Technical troubleshooting skills applied in operational contexts Other Information • Location: Singapore 423835 and Multiple worksites • Salary Range: $8,000 - $11,000 • Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
