WhatsApp: +65 90820021 (Kyler) Email: kylergan.supreme@gmail.com Store Operations Coordinator / Warehouse Officer Salary: $2500 - $3000 Working Days: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm Working Location: Jln Ampas (Nearest MRT - Boon Keng) Job Scope: Receiving & Inspection • Receive incoming ship spares from local suppliers, airport cargo terminals, and port facilities. • Verify quantities, part numbers, and conditions against AWB, CIPL, packing lists, and delivery orders. • Report discrepancies or damages to the Operations Supervisor immediately. • Ensure proper identification and tagging of all incoming cargo. Storage & Inventory Management • Allocate cargo into designated storage locations based on size, sensitivity, and customer requirements. • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Conduct daily and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. • Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Picking, Packing & Dispatch • Prepare ship spares for delivery to vessels, agents, airports, or customers’ premises. • Pick and pack items according to picklists and delivery instructions. • Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch. • Ensure proper documentation is attached, including DOs, packing lists, and customs paperwork where required. Cargo Handling & Movement • Use forklift, pallet jack, or manual handling equipment to move cargo safely. • Support unstuffing/stuffing of containers and loose cargo handling. • Follow safe-handling procedures for heavy, fragile, or high-value ship spares. Documentation & System Updates • Update WMS with receiving, storage, and dispatch information in real time. • File and maintain documentation for audit and traceability. • Assist with preparing reports (e.g., daily receiving reports, inventory summary, cargo movement logs). Coordination & Customer Service • Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo flow. • Assist walk-in customers, vessel agents, and vendors collecting or delivering ship spares. • Provide accurate updates on cargo readiness and location. Compliance & Safety • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company SOPs and safety regulations. • Use PPE and follow WHS guidelines at all times. • Report unsafe practices, near misses, or hazards promptly. Requirements: • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse operations • With experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage • Possess Forklift licence The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
