Sales Executive cum Admin

Sales • Actively source and develop new business opportunities to grow sales. • Identify and approach potential customers, clients and business partners. • Follow up on sales leads, enquiries and opportunities to convert them into sales. • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. • Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate with customers and follow up on sales opportunities. • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Department & Company. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales updates and reports. • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support continuous business growth. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed sales. Administration • Handle sales-related documentation, quotations, orders, invoices and records. • Maintain proper customer and sales records. • Assist with general administrative and coordination duties for the MOFEX department. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: • Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets will be an advantage. • Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills. • Proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to identify new business opportunities and work independently. • Good organisational and time-management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. • Able to handle sales activities together with administrative duties. • Candidates with relevant experience in the moving, relocation, logistics or related industry will have an added advantage.
