Handling of Enquiries

Provide admin support to the teachers and outlet Manager
Up-date of data entry, main reports
Handling all communitcations & correspondences
Handling of facilities management
Requirements
Able to work on weekends
Able to Read / Write in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking clients and fluent in English
Proficientin MS Office Applications
Familiar / Knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin
Minimum Qualification ‘O’ Levels or Diploma
Experience in Customer Service
